How does Domain licensing work?
The first activation locks the license to that Google Workspace domain (e.g. @acme.com). Anyone on that domain can then activate with the same key for unlimited seats. If you activate on the wrong domain, contact support to reset.
How accurate is the fuzzy matching?
It controls how similar two entries must be to count as a match. A higher threshold (e.g. 0.85) returns only close matches while a lower threshold (e.g. 0.65) casts a wider net to catch more variants. Both plans let you set any threshold.
How many rows can I process with Data Nova?
Free Forever: 1 run/day, 150 rows/day, 5,000 rows/month. Starter includes 10,000 credits, Pro includes 50,000 and Domain includes 300,000 for your entire domain.
Each credit is approximately equivalent to one row processed and they never expire.
Is my spreadsheet data used for model training?
Never. Your data is processed in real-time for cleaning only. No spreadsheet data is stored, logged, shared or used to train machine learning models. This equally applies to all AI features; they process your queries without retaining or learning from your data.
How secure is my spreadsheet data?
We store only what is needed to manage your licence. No viewing, sharing or tracking of spreadsheet content. Google-verified for security.
Does my license auto-renew?
No. Data Nova is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges and no expiry. Credits never expire and refills start at $10. Domain covers your entire domain with unlimited activations within that domain.
What permissions does the add-on require?
Licence verification, Sheets access and your email for account management. All permissions are reviewed during installation from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Scheduling, AI features and credit-based functions stop working. You revert to Free Forever limits: 1 run/day, 150 rows/day, 5,000 rows/month. Your sheets and scheduled function configurations remain intact. Refilling is simple: purchase any plan again and new credits stack on your balance, topped up with a fresh Spreadsheet Formulas window.
